I love to grow food, preserve it and of course cook it, it makes my heart sing. However I love it to be easy. I’m frustrated!! I feel like my body is failing me lately. I usually try and post the positive things on here but I also believe in being real and today was a whole lot of real. I love track workouts, they are hard, fast, fun all the things. I

Today was track day!! Strength training with my coach and the girls this morning and then squeezed this workout in between errands. I was in shorts and a t-shirt and the other folks at the track were in parkas and toques 🤣🤣 #tritraining #f2cambas
