My Favourite Stoked Oats Dupe

I made a HUGE mason jar full of this super healthy and hearty oatmeal so that the whole family can just scoop and heat for a quick meal. The mason jar was about 14 cups so you are welcome to cut this down depending on the size of the container that you are making. I did this originally for 7 cups but it only filled it half way. Iā€™m going to put that recipe down here for you and you can just double it if you need the 14 cups worth. Feel free to swap out anything you need in case of allergies of course. Stoked Oats Dupe

4 Cups Gluten Free Quick Oats

1/2 Cup Milled Flax

1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut

1/2 Cup Slivered, blanched almonds, chopped

1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped

1/4 Cup Chia seeds

1/4 Cup Hemp Hearts

Mix all together in a large bowl and transfer to air tight storage container.

I mix 1 part oats to 2 parts water or milk. Heat in microwave for 2 mins and enjoy. Alternatively you can boil water and add to oats until desired thickness is achieved.
